Our signature Pound workout is a balanced blend of H.I.I.T. and The Sweet Science utilizing fundamentals used by real fighters. Building from the ground up we incorporate footwork, head movement and punching techniques! Instructors use heavy bag training, mitt work, partner drills and coordination exercises to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back and core. The H.I.I.T. portion of our workout with push you to your limits, and beyond, with body weight, kettlebell, and plyo-metrics.   Workouts that are empowering, exhilarating, and always changing, will make this your new favorite class.

POUND Kick is a total body workout, and the fastest way to that toned fighter physique you seek. You will learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills & combinations. Kick includes calisthenics, bag work, punches kicks knees elbow strikes, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. Come ready to sweat, learn and work. Kick will help you build a rock-solid core, defined arms and legs to compliment the bad-ass attitude that might develop
